Santa Fe, New Mexico

Blog post #14

The capital of New Mexico and a beautiful city full of southwestern art, architecture, and food!  We spent 3 days here seeing the sights which included waking up to SNOW our first morning there!  It didn't stick around, but was quite a change from Carlsbad where it was 83 degrees.

We crossed the 4000 mile mark on this part of the drive.  We've been on the road for 4 weeks now, and we're still having a blast!

Toby was very interested in these cattle skulls!

The white dots on the street are snowflakes

Santa Fe was the end of the Atchison-Topeka-Santa Fe rail line

The beautiful homes in town and lovely art on Canyon Road

Rock, paper, scissors sculpture!
